Gallatin Law, PLLC is a law firm in Hugo, Minnesota, specializing in business law, real estate, and estate planning. As an attorney, I find these areas have interesting and significant overlap—just as examples, business owners will also be either tenants or building owners, homeowners need a will, trust, or transfer on death deed as part of their estate planning, and a person's business ownership is personal property that can be transferred to heirs.
