The old adage that everything we need to know we learned in kindergarten holds true in a lot of ways. But, beer, heat, driving, and a large gathering results in problems for even those with the best of intentions. I collaborate with two criminal defense attorneys in Hugo. We cover Anoka, Ramsey, Hennepin, Washington, and Chisago counties. Crimes such as driving while intoxicated, assault, and property damage are readily handled by me with input from my colleagues. While every court abides by the same rules, knowing the judges and the prosecutors usually lead to better results and a smoother process for your case.
