MN Employers: New Mandate in Effect

Minnesota employers have a new mandate to comply with. The OSHA division of the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry mandates employers post signs in the workplace that informs employees of their rights to see citations, know of hazardous materials, and other information. You can obtain the new required MN department of Labor poster for free at the MN.Gov site or following this link.
