It is snowing. It's cooler (not cold). There are opportunities out there that don't exist in the summer. I hope you are able to enjoy the wonderful gifts the winter season brings us.
Trials are proceeding through the court system. The month of December is a bit slower. The court's staff take vacation. Other lawyers take time off. Everything just slows down. But that's OK.
